Talent Acquisition and Brand Lead

The Talent Acquisition and Brand Lead plays a key role in internal and external aspects of our business in support of Percipio’s growth, brand awareness, and culture. This person is a key member of our team responsible for the continual maturation and improvement of activities impacting Recruiting, Branding and People Operations. The role requires a passion for relationship building, networking, excellent communication skills, and critical skill assessment capabilities. The position is in our Portland, OR office and requires someone to reside in our market. This team member will regularly work from our office and meet with job candidates and team members both in person (at our office or around the community) or remotely. The position reports to our VP of People and Culture.

Responsibilities Include:

Talent Aquisition (65%)

  • Candidate sourcing, recruiting, and interview process management
  • Develop and nurture relationships with target candidates in the market
  • Understand firm resourcing needs and prioritize accordingly  
  • Assess candidates’ alignment to firm’s values, desired skill sets, capabilities, culture fit and position requirements
  • Support new team member onboarding, orientation, and training
  • Support the implementation of innovative technology tools and recruiting processes
  • Serve as a business partner to our Account Leaders
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal leaders
  • Provide hiring guidance and recommendations to Leadership
  • Extend employment offers clearly and in a way that demonstrates understanding of both the candidate’s and the company’s needs
  • Positively represent Percipio’s brand in the market and demonstrate Percipio’s Values in all interactions

Brand Management (25%)

  • In partnership with our VP of Business Development, aid in development of marketing materials, messaging, and brand execution particularly relating to talent acquisition
  • Support the development of materials and collateral
  • Assist in the organization and execution of internal and external events
  • Manage website and social media activity and content
  • Support quality assurance

Business Operations (10%)

  • Serve as a backup when needed for our Business Operations Manager including HR, payroll, and vendor oversight
  • People and internal operations focused project management
  • Support in office team events
  • Key participant in building a strong culture and implementation of impactful workplace activities

  • Previous work within or exposure to the professional services industry

  • Prior work history within a recruiting department or an external recruiting firm
  • Use of graphic design applications
  • Marketing and branding including events and social media execution
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience required
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) a plus
