
Business Improvement Leadership Course Registration Form
Cost: $1,300 per person (includes all 3 days)
Registration includes: cost of course, materials, conference reception, coffee breaks and lunch each day
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded, less a $25.00 administration fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than 1 week prior to course start date. After that date, registration fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the course. If you are unable to attend after registering, we permit an alternate attendee with 1 week prior written notice (original course date only).
