Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant works directly with our clients, supporting key transformational projects. This professional will apply business consulting and project management skills to help client organizations tackle complex business challenges, support cross-functional project teams, and drive process development and improvement. This position is responsible for supporting a project team of business and technical resources through the implementation of technical and process changes. It may also conduct key business analysis activities including requirements definition and business process design. Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage small to medium client projects or tracks of work within large client projects
  • Facilitate business process design 
  • Develop or support project approach, detailed plans, resource plans, project structure, and roadmaps
  • Manage project controls – issues, risk, change control, stage-gate approvals, status reporting
  • Drive cross-functional resources toward the completion of deliverables
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training
  • Assess change readiness and develop change plans as needed with support from Change Management experts
  • Provide clear and thoughtful presentations for a variety of audiences 
  • Business analysis, data analytics, and reporting

Desired Experience

  • Industry experience in areas such as Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Energy/Renewables
  • Enterprise software experience such as ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Planning, ETRM
  • Business Analysis experience – including process design, requirements definition, and test case development
  • Change Management/Transition Management experience with Prosci certification
  • Agile project management experience and certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • At least 5 years of professional and applicable work experience
  • Prior consulting firm or internal project management experience
