Percipio partnered closely with senior program leaders to develop a comprehensive business case—requiring client board approval for a $160 million investment—and led all executive communications to build and sustain leadership alignment. Following approval, we provided end-to-end program management, including budgeting, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Working across a broad and complex stakeholder landscape, Percipio led the definition of project scope and delivery approach, aligned leadership priorities, and held teams accountable through disciplined execution and transparent reporting to global leadership. Percipio managed all program deliverables in partnership with a core team of program and project managers, transition leaders, logistics experts, and operational and technology SMEs. In parallel, we designed a phased scaling strategy to expand facility capacity and throughput in two subsequent stages to support future growth.

The activation of this digital distribution center was transformational for the client’s supply chain. The facility enabled the successful fulfillment of all holiday-season online demand while consistently achieving 98–99% SIFOT performance. Today, the center processes 80% of North American e-commerce orders and serves as the blueprint for the client’s future digital distribution network.

As the client’s online sales accelerated over several years, it became clear that existing distribution center capacity and systems were no longer sufficient to meet demand—particularly with the upcoming holiday peak approaching. To support continued growth and ensure fast, reliable delivery to customers, the client required a purpose-built facility dedicated exclusively to digital fulfillment. This vision required the full build-out of an 800,000-square-foot greenfield facility, transforming an empty shell into the company’s first and only all-digital fulfillment center in North America. The new facility added critical network capacity, enabled scalability for future growth, and positioned the client to consistently deliver exceptional service levels.
