Percipio partnered with the client to design a comprehensive, end-to-end process for developing new energy sites, from early location prospecting and land acquisition through testing, permitting, and ultimately bringing sites online for power sales. We introduced a stage-gated development framework that established clear checkpoints to manage risk without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
A key focus of our work was enabling the executive team to clearly understand where their engagement mattered most: the critical risk points, decision gates requiring approval, and the information needed to ensure accountability throughout the process. We also led significant change-management efforts, clarifying roles and responsibilities, eliminating ambiguity, and equipping managers with practical tools to communicate effectively.
As a result, the client now has a scalable, efficient framework for developing new sites that they continue to use to support ongoing growth.
