Enabling Omnichannel Success Through ERP Modernization and Adoption

This transformation included migrating to a cloud-based S/4HANA platform, enhancing inventory visibility, and integrating wholesale and direct-to-consumer operations. To support this shift, the client needed to transition its workforce, business processes, and adjacent systems, including order fulfillment, warehouse management and transportation tools, to align with the new platform.

Collaborating closely with business units, technology teams, and the systems integration partner, Percipio drove business readiness activities including testing, deployment planning, cutover execution, and post-launch stabilization. We worked with cross-functional teams to define new end-to-end processes and developed an integrated adoption strategy that aligned with the core S/4HANA training framework, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive engagement model.

The client successfully implemented and operationalized the new SAP S/4HANA platform and supporting processes. Percipio remained engaged post-launch to lead stabilization efforts, addressing system defects and enhancement needs. We also developed and delivered targeted training for both Supply Chain and adjacent business teams, ensuring users were equipped to adopt new processes, system updates, and resolution workflows with confidence.
