Transforming Technology Foundations for Beverage Company

Our client faced a complex set of challenges—and opportunities—across its operations and technology landscape, all within an aggressive timeline. The organization needed to improve operational efficiency, meet growing demand, drive profitability, and better align business objectives with IT execution. Percipio partnered closely with the client to transform both operations and technology, delivering measurable improvements while advancing strategic business goals.

Percipio played a pivotal role in supporting the client’s growth strategy by conducting a comprehensive assessment of capabilities across key functions and identifying targeted opportunities for improvement. We implemented a Day 100 Savings Portfolio that delivered $3 million in operational cost reductions within the first year. In addition, we established a Demand Planning Center of Excellence (COE), generating more than $300,000 in incremental cost savings while significantly improving supply chain efficiency.

We also stabilized the client’s ERP platform by resolving critical defects in the finance module and successfully centralizing order processing within the ERP system. Finally, we launched Vendor Co-Managed Inventory operations, improving inventory accuracy, strengthening vendor collaboration, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
